This distinguished tequila comes from the family's private collection to honor the legacy and love for traditions passed down by Don Eduardo. His sons, Jaime, Carlos, Alfonso†, and Juan José†, produced and aged this tequila, meticulously caring for every detail.
This legacy batch of a ten-year Extra Añejo was rested in special barrels of American oak ex-Bourbon left in our cellars by Don Eduardo. This rare and limited tequila was originally made only for the family, but the Orendain brothers decided to share it with tequila enthusiasts around the world.
TASTING NOTES
Deep and rich aroma of smoked oak, alongside caramel and vanilla.
TASTESlightly sweet taste, caramel and oak, with hints of cinnamon. Pleasant and silky mouthfeel.
FINISHCaramelized notes akin to the finest bourbons along with oak, black pepper, spices, and a distinct agave presence at the end, revealing a fine tequila of great character to be enjoyed neat or on the rocks. Recommended pairing: dark chocolate and smoked nuts.
